Donna Estacio

Donna M. Estacio is Regional Director of State and Local Government Affairs for American Airlines. Prior to joining American Airlines in 2010, Donna held multiple positions as a public servant for a span of over a decade. She last served as Director of State Relations for Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa. She also served as Senior Legislative Deputy for the Los Angeles City Council and served as committee consultant for the California Assembly Budget and Finance Committee. Prior to entering government service, Donna taught the 3rd grade at 74th Street Elementary School in South Los Angeles as part of the District Intern program.

Recognized for her keen leadership ability, Ms. Estacio was an appointee to the California Professional Fiduciaries Advisory Committee. Ms. Estacio also served as a board member of the Filipino American Services Group, Inc. (FASGI), a non-profit organization that provides housing and health assistance to residents of Los Angeles’ Historic Filipinotown. Donna is a native of Pasadena, CA, and serves on the city’s Recreation and Parks Commission. She is a board member for the LA Area Chamber of Commerce and the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation. Donna earned her B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles and an M.P.P from Princeton University, Woodrow Wilson School of International and Public Affairs.
