Michelynn Woodard

Miki Woodard is the Head of Good Robot at Bad Robot Productions. In this role, she oversees social impact, employee engagement, inclusion and culture. Additionally, Miki serves as the Senior Advisor to the Katie McGrath and JJ Abrams Family Foundation. Miki brings expertise in corporate citizenship, advocacy & messaging, entertainment philanthropy, employee engagement and digital marketing. She is a leader who utilizes an extensive network of relationships in entertainment, government, and philanthropy.

Miki led CSR for JCPenney and then went on to run philanthropy for talk show host Dr. Phil, and his wife Robin McGraw successfully integrating cause into the popular broadcast. She also worked with hip-hop recording artist, fashion designer and entrepreneur, Kanye West creating and launching The Kanye West Foundation with Dr. Donda West. Miki started her work in this field as an Executive within the Creative Artists Agency (CAA) foundation division working as a philanthropic advisor to several prominent celebrity clients.

A graduate of Hampton University’s School of Liberal Arts and Education, Miki spent her childhood in Wisconsin, England, Puerto Rico and Atlanta, and as a result is an avid traveler who is passionate about creating diverse communities and promoting civic engagement. Today, Miki serves on the board of several charitable organizations including the advisory board of the Trust for Public Land and she is the current Board Chair of Community Coalition.
