Community Coalition has joined an alliance of labor unions, community and faith based organizations to coordinate a regional response–to demand democracy and to defend one another, especially Black, Indigenous, immigrant and communities of color.

Angelenos will peacefully gather to celebrate our diversity and our unity, and in the wake of Tuesday’s election, to defend each other and demand democracy. We are an alliance of labor unions, community organizations, youth and student groups and advocacy organizations. We will practice non-violence in this event. We are joining together in a national call to action on November 7th to Defend Each Other, Demand Democracy.

The Agenda for the Day

Downtown March – 11am, Marches/Caravans from Boyle Heights, MacArthur Park, and South LA will meet up at Pershing Square. Together we will march to Spring/Temple.

Rally – 11:30am, Rally and Program will be at City Hall on Spring/Temple
