A native of South Los Angeles, Yolanda Nash has more than 20 years of operational leadership experience driving customer service, account management, administrative, and compliance functions in both the private and nonprofit sectors.
Yolanda started her career in the private sector where she would eventually become Senior Vice President of Customer Service and Account Management for Deluxe Media. Her role consisted of executing the client strategy and guiding the philosophy that the company employed to service its customers. After a fulfilling career in the private sector, Yolanda sought out the nonprofit sector to enhance her commitment to service, leadership and community impact. Prior to joining Community Coalition and leading its Human Resource and Administration functions, she worked at the City Scholars Foundation.
Yolanda holds a bachelor’s degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She completed executive level leadership training from Duke University Fuqua School of Business and the Achieve Global Leadership Development Program, Managing for Excellence. She is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), and a graduate of the African American Board Leadership Institute (AABLI).
