Originally born in Haiti, Ansley was raised in South Central Los Angeles by a single mother who taught him the value and importance of education. Inspired by his family, he worked hard and received a football scholarship that provided him the opportunity to achieve his educational aspirations and graduated from Central Washington University with a B.A. in Sociology. After graduating, he kept his promise of returning home to apply the knowledge and skills he learned towards improving his community. Ansley began his career at Coco as a community organizer and transitioned into a key role on the administrative support team.
