RESOURCES MAP
With the COVID-19 pandemic impacting our everyday life, Community Coalition created a resource map outlining local social service organizations that provide a variety of services ranging from housing, legal support, mental health, youth development, reentry services and much more.
The resources in this map are categorized by service areas (mental health, legal, substance use) located on the menu on the left side of the map. In order to view the organizations under each service area, check off the box next to it. Multiple service areas can be selected at the same time. Each organization will include the following information: a description of services, address, phone number, hours of operation, and their website. For more help navigating the map, please watch our video tutorial here.
We encourage you to call or visit organizations’ websites to ensure the information is still accurate. Please note that this resource map will be updated periodically to reflect changes in services.

Con la pandemia del COVID-19 impactando nuestra vida cotidiana, Community Coalition creó un mapa de recursos que describe las organizaciones locales de servicios sociales que proporcionan una variedad de servicios desde la vivienda, servicios legales, la salud mental, el desarrollo de la juventud, distribucion de comida y mucho más.
Los recursos en este mapa están categorizados por áreas de servicio (salud mental, legal, uso de sustancias) ubicadas en el lado izquierdo del mapa. Para ver las organizaciones de cada área de servicio, marque la cajita correspondiente. Se pueden seleccionar varias áreas de servicio al mismo tiempo. Cada organización incluirá la siguiente información: una descripción de los servicios, la dirección, el número de teléfono, el horario de funcionamiento y su sitio web.
