Don’t Forget to Vote on September 14th—Your Ballot’s in the Mail

16 Aug Don’t Forget to Vote on September 14th—Your Ballot’s in the Mail

On Sept. 14, 2021, in the Special Election, Californians will decide whether or not to recall the governor. All registered voters will receive ballots in the mail around Aug. 16. To receive a ballot in the mail, you need to register to vote (online or postmark) by August 30.

Turn in your ballot as soon as you get it! Voters can return ballots at a dropbox, by mail (postmarked by 9/14), or at an in-person voting location (before polls close on 9/14 at 8 pm).

If you don’t receive your ballot, misplace it, make a mistake, or need language assistance, you can go to any in-person voting location to cast your vote! You can vote in person at any voting location until polls close on Election Day (9/14). Find your polling place at www.sos.ca.gov/elections/polling-place
